Patient 1 - Revision Rhinoplasty
This young woman came to see me after having a rhinoplasty elsewhere. She was left with breathing problems and an asymmetric nose with wide nostrils on frontal view, as well as a droopy columella and increased nostril show. She wanted something more feminine and lifted as well as thinner and straighter on frontal view. These results are shown 18 months following surgery where her nose is more symmetric on frontal view, she has a slight curve to her nose, and a lift of the tip. The dysharmony between her nostrils and columella is improved as well.
Patient 2 - Revision Rhinoplasty
This woman came to see me because she had an inverted-V deformity on frontal view, as well as too much of the bridge was removed by her previous surgeon. She wanted a softer tip and volume added to her nose. Following surgery, using ear cartilage grafting, the bridge is built up slightly and the frontal view is more refined with the inverted-V treated adequately.
Patient 3 - Revision Rhinoplasty
This patient had two previous rhinoplasties before seeing me. She had a droopy columella and increased nostril show as well as an overprojected supratip area. On frontal view, she had severe asymmetries with a hanging columella and asymmetric nostrils. After revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafting, her nose is more straight and symmetric on frontal view, the columella is lifted, and her profile is more natural looking.
Patient 4 - Revision Rhinoplasty
Patient 5 - Revision Rhinoplasty
This young lady had a rhinoplasty elsewhere which left her with severe asymmetries, especially on frontal view with asymmetric nostrils and a large nose on profile view without much tip definition. She had a nasal implant placed and following revision rhinoplasty surgery, this was removed. Her nose is narrow on frontal view and the tip is projected and more refined.
Patient 6 - Revision Rhinoplasty
This patient had a previous rhinoplasty which left him with an over-rotated nose and increased nostril show. On frontal view, he had an external deviation towards the left side. On base view, he had asymmetric nostrils with the nose leaning towards the right side. After revision rhinoplasty surgery, his nose was counter-rotated, the nostril show is decreased, and his nostrils were made more symmetric on base view. On frontal view, his nose is more straight.
Patient 8 - Revision Rhinoplasty
This young woman came to see Dr Nima for a revision rhinoplasty. Her original surgeon left her with a fullness along the lower dorsum and supratip area, as well as a curved nose on frontal view. During surgery, it was discovered that she had a small piece of Gore-Tex implanted under the skin causing the fullness, as well as a crack in the septum that caused the external deviation. With cartilage grafting and sculpting, her nose looks more balanced. She is 2 years post-op from her surgery and still has a slight amount of healing to go.
Patient 9 - Revision Rhinoplasty
This beautiful young woman had TWO rhinoplasty procedures done elsewhere several years before seeing Dr Nima. She was left with a droopy, long, asymmetric nose that was difficult to breathe out of. After her revision rhinoplasty with Dr Nima, her nose is much more feminine, with a gently curve and more symmetry, especially on frontal view. The results shows are 1 year after surgery.
Patient 10 - Revision Rhinoplasty
This patient had rhinoplasty elsewhere, which left her with an asymmetric nose that leaned toward the right, asymmetric nostrils with an unsightly scar, and a tip that leans towards the right side. On profile view, she had a bulbous tip. After rhinoplasty surgery, the profile is more straight, the nose is more symmetric on frontal view, and her nostrils are more symmetric on base view.
