This young woman came to see Dr Nima for a revision rhinoplasty. Her original surgeon left her with a fullness along the lower dorsum and supratip area, as well as a curved nose on frontal view. During surgery, it was discovered that she had a small piece of Gore-Tex implanted under the skin causing the fullness, as well as a crack in the septum that caused the external deviation. With cartilage grafting and sculpting, her nose looks more balanced. She is 6 months post-op from her surgery and still has a slight amount of healing to go.

This beautiful young woman had TWO rhinoplasty procedures done elsewhere several years before seeing Dr Nima. She was left with a droopy, long, asymmetric nose that was difficult to breathe out of. After her revision rhinoplasty with Dr Nima, her nose is much more feminine, with a gently curve and more symmetry, especially on frontal view. The results shows are 1 year after surgery.
