Patient 11 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman was born with a septal deviation that caused asymmetry of her nostrils and trouble breathing through her nose. An open septoplasty and tip rhinoplasty was performed where I reconstructed her septum. She wanted to leave her bump behind so the only work that was done was performed on the lower third of the nose. Here are her results 6 months after surgery.
Patient 12 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman came in because not only does she have a large hump and a slightly droopy tip, but was also crooked and wide on frontal view. She also did not like her tip which was bulbous. This was a more difficult rhinoplasty because of the asymmetries and crookedness. An open rhinoplasty was performed along with hump removal, osteotomies to narrow the bones, as well as tip-refining sutures and grafting. Her final results are six months after rhinoplasty showing a much more refined nose.
Patient 13 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman wanted slight changes to her nose. Her tip was slightly droopy and she had a slight bump on her bridge. She wanted a nose that was smaller and would fit her face. After surgery, the bump was reduced, lifted the tip, and straightened the bridge for a natural-looking outcome. Here she is six months after surgery. The after photo was taken on her cell phone.
Patient 14 - Rhinoplasty
Patient 15 - Rhinoplasty
Her main issues were a nose that was crooked to the left on frontal view, a large bump and a bulbous tip. She wanted a more symmetric nose that was harmonious with her face that still kept her ethnicity. I performed an extracorporeal septoplasty, rhinoplasty with tip grafting using her nasal septum. Results shown are 20 months after surgery. It is important to check the timing of the before and after photo. Many irregularities occur after 6-12 months so if the photo is taken any sooner, it is not a true after photo.
Patient 16 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman in her early twenties came to see me because she did not like her nose. Specifically, the forehead and the nose blended together, which gave it less shape, and the tip was slightly droopy. On frontal view, she had a bulbous tip, slight asymmetries to her nostrils, and a slightly wide nose. The left side of her nose was little bit more bulky compared to the right side of the nose. There was a slight external deviation towards the left side. After rhinoplasty surgery, the radix is deepened and the bridge reduced. Additionally, the frontal view is narrowed and the asymmetry is much better. She is also able to breathe better after surgery.
Patient 17 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman came in because she had a large bump on her nose and a droopy tip, especially when she smiled. On frontal view, she did not like the fact that her tip was bulbous and her nose was wide. After surgery, her tip is nicely defined, especially on frontal view. The bump was removed and she has a slight lift in her tip that looks natural. She is very happy with the results.
Patient 18 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman had a nose that was distracting from the other features of her face. Her nose was crooked to the left on frontal view, it had a large dorsal hump with a slightly droopy tip. These results shown are 23 months after her rhinoplasty surgery showing a beautiful profile that is straight on frontal view. Her nostrils were also asymmetric before and now they are symmetric. I utilized an extracorporeal septoplasty which is an advanced maneuver to straighten the septum and the nose. An added benefit: she is able to breathe better too!
Patient 19 - Rhinoplasty
This is another young woman who wanted a slight lift in her tip and the bump removed. On frontal view, her tip was bulbous and ill-defined. It was also crooked, where her nose leaned a little bit towards the right side. She wanted something that looked natural and where no one would be able to tell the difference. In her after pictures, you can see her hump is removed, her tip is slightly lifted, and it is also more defined. On base view, even though she had an open rhinoplasty, there is no evidence of an incision ever being placed. These photos are taken 1 years after her rhinoplasty.
Patient 20 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman came to see me because she did not like the fact that her nose was wide and slightly asymmetric with a bulbous tip. On profile view, she had a hump as well as a droopy tip. After rhinoplasty, her tip is lifted, her nose is more straight and thin on frontal view, and she has a slight curve to her profile.
