Patient 11
This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient had a rhinoplasty elsewhere which left her with severe asymmetries, especially on frontal view with asymmetric nostrils and a large nose on profile view without much tip definition. She had a nasal implant placed and following revision rhinoplasty surgery, this was removed. Her nose is narrow on frontal view and the tip is projected and more refined.
Patient 12
This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient had a previous rhinoplasty which left him with an over-rotated nose and increased nostril show. On frontal view, he had an external deviation towards the left side. On base view, he had asymmetric nostrils with the nose leaning towards the right side. After revision rhinoplasty surgery, his nose was counter-rotated, the nostril show is decreased, and his nostrils were made more symmetric on base view. On frontal view, his nose is more straight.
Patient 14
This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient came to see Dr. Nima after her original surgeon left her with a fullness along the lower dorsum and supratip area, as well as a curved nose on frontal view. During surgery, it was discovered that she had a small piece of Gore-Tex implanted under the skin causing the fullness, as well as a crack in the septum that caused the external deviation. With cartilage grafting and sculpting, her nose looks more balanced. She is 2 years post-op from her surgery and still has a slight amount of healing to go.
Patient 15
This beautiful young woman had TWO rhinoplasty procedures done elsewhere several years before seeing Dr. Nima. She was left with a droopy, long, asymmetric nose that was difficult to breathe out of. After her revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Nima, her nose is much more feminine, with a gently curve and more symmetry, especially on frontal view. The results shows are 1 year after surgery.
Patient 16
This patient had rhinoplasty elsewhere, which left her with an asymmetric nose that leaned toward the right, asymmetric nostrils with an unsightly scar, and a tip that leans towards the right side. On profile view, she had a bulbous tip. After rhinoplasty surgery, the profile is more straight, the nose is more symmetric on frontal view, and her nostrils are more symmetric on base view.
Patient 17
This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient had a rhinoplasty where his tip was bulbous and he wanted it more refined as well he had notching of his nostrils, which he did not like. The tip was bulbous and he wanted a more straight profile. After surgery, the tip is more refined, the nostrils have been brought down so that you can no longer see inside of his nose, and his breathing is improved.
Patient 19
