This woman came in because she did not like the bags under her eyes as well as the fine lines that were forming. She underwent a lower blepharoplasty with an incision inside the eyelid with removal of fat pockets, then a fat transfer was performed to fill the hollow areas of the lower eyelids as well as outer cheeks. These results shown are 12 months after the procedure.
