This young woman in her late thirties came in because she looked very tired. She had large bags under her eyes as well as hyperpigmentation in her lower eyelids. A lower blepharoplasty with a hidden incision inside the lower eyelid was performed along with fat transfer along the rim of the eye. These results shown are six months after her procedure.
