This woman in her sixties underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty at the same time. She just came back from a summer vacation, hence the more tan skin. She had crinkling of the upper eyelids as well as bags underneath her eyes. The incisions hide very well and the results shown are six months after the procedure.
