This woman underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty. She was bothered by the excessive hooding on her upper eyelashes, and after surgery more of her upper eyelid is showing and she no longer has her mascara touching her upper eyelids. For the lower eyelids, she had mild bags and hollowing under her eyes. Through a hidden, internal incision, the fat was removed and a fat transfer was performed along the bony rim of the eye.
