This is a woman in her forties who was interested in looking younger. She underwent a facelift with a buccal fat pad removal. This included a necklift as well. Results show are 18 months after her surgery, showing a more sculpted lower jawline as well as more sculpted cheekbones due to the buccal fat pad removal. The neck is more contoured with a nicer jawline as well.
