This is a woman in her fifties who came in for a lower blepharoplasty along with fat transfer to her face. She wanted to look more youthful and more full. Fat grafting was done underneath the lower eyelids and the nasolabial folds as well as in the cheekbones. The results shown are 14 months after surgery.
