This is a woman in her sixties who had a quarter-sized defect of the right cheekbone. The lines shown are the natural lines of skin tension. Dr. Nima performed an ellipse removal of the defect and lifted the skin up to cover the defect. The results shown are only three months after the procedure. She is happy with the result and even has a slight lift on that side of the face.
