This Beverly Hills rhinoplasty patient had a difficult case of a tension nose and was looking for a rhinoplasty with a subtle result. She wanted the bridge brought down and the columella lifted. In addition, on frontal view, she wanted more refinement to her tip. These results are shown approximately one year following surgery, with a more refined nose that is thinner.
