This Beverly Hills rhinoplasty patient wanted a more feminine looking nose. She has asymmetries throughout her nose on frontal view including different shaped nostrils, tip and bony portion of the nose. After her primary rhinoplasty, she is more symmetric and looks more refined. These results are shown 7 months after surgery.
