This Beverly Hills rhinoplasty patient came to see Dr. Nima because she did not like the way her nose looked and she had trouble breathing out of her nose. She had an asymmetric nose on the frontal view that made her nose look crooked. During surgery, Dr. Nima discovered that her upper septum was not deviated, but she had larger cartilages on the left side of her nose. Her over-projected hump was also reduced to a straight profile. Here are her results, 6 months after her surgery showing a beautifully symmetric and refined frontal view with a more attractive profile.
