This Beverly Hills rhinoplasty patient did not like that her tip was droopy and had a bump on her bridge (which worsened as she smiled). After surgery, the bump was reduced, tip lifted, nostrils were brought down (just a touch) and the bridge straightened for a natural-looking outcome.
