Patient 1 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman was interested in achieving more balance for her face. She did not like her droopy tip, nor did she like the fact that her nose was crooked on frontal view. She also had trouble breathing through her nose and had a deviated septum. After open rhinoplasty her nose looks more proportional, the tip is lifted, and is more narrowed from frontal view. Of note, she also had some cheek augmentation and lip augmentation in her after picture.
Patient 2 - Rhinoplasty
This young man came to EOS Rejuvenation because he had trouble breathing out of his nose. He had a bump and a slightly asymmetric tip that leaned towards the left side. He wanted something that looked masculine but more functional. Dr. Nima reduced his bump, straightened his tip, and helped him breathe better. Here he is three months after surgery with a very masculine look.
Patient 3 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman had a nose that did not fit her face. Her tip was slightly droopy, she had a slight bump on her bridge, and on frontal view she had asymmetries. Her nostrils also arched. Her nose was wide on frontal view and curved a little bit towards the left side. After surgery, the bump was reduced, lifted the tip, and straightened the bridge for a natural-looking outcome. Here she is two months after surgery.
Patient 4 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman came to see Dr. Nima because she did not like the way her nose looked and she had trouble breathing out of her nose. She had an asymmetric nose on the frontal view that made her nose look crooked. During surgery, Dr. Nima discovered that her upper septum was not deviated, but she had larger cartilages on the left side of her nose. Her overprojected hump was also reduced to a straight profile. Here are her results, 6 months after her surgery showing a beautifully symmetric and refined frontal view with a more attractive profile.
Patient 5 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman came in because not only does she have a large hump and a slightly droopy tip, but was also crooked and wide on frontal view. She also did not like her tip which was bulbous. This was a more difficult rhinoplasty because of the asymmetries and crookedness. An open rhinoplasty was performed along with hump removal, osteotomies to narrow the bones, as well as tip-refining sutures and grafting. Her final results are six months after rhinoplasty showing a much more refined nose.
Patient 6 - Rhinoplasty
Patient 7 - Rhinoplasty
Her main issues were a nose that was crooked to the left on frontal view, a large bump and a bulbous tip. She wanted a more symmetric nose that was harmonious with her face that still kept her ethnicity. I performed an extracorporeal septoplasty, rhinoplasty with tip grafting using her nasal septum. Results shown are 20 months after surgery. It is important to check the timing of the before and after photo. Many irregularities occur after 6-12 months so if the photo is taken any sooner, it is not a true after photo.
Patient 8 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman in her early twenties came to see me because she did not like her nose. Specifically, the forehead and the nose blended together, which gave it less shape, and the tip was slightly droopy. On frontal view, she had a bulbous tip, slight asymmetries to her nostrils, and a slightly wide nose. The left side of her nose was little bit more bulky compared to the right side of the nose. There was a slight external deviation towards the left side. After rhinoplasty surgery, the radix is deepened and the bridge reduced. Additionally, the frontal view is narrowed and the asymmetry is much better. She is also able to breathe better after surgery.
Patient 9 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman came in because she had a large bump on her nose and a droopy tip, especially when she smiled. On frontal view, she did not like the fact that her tip was bulbous and her nose was wide. After surgery, her tip is nicely defined, especially on frontal view. The bump was removed and she has a slight lift in her tip that looks natural. She is very happy with the results.
Patient 10 - Rhinoplasty
This young woman had a nose that was distracting from the other features of her face. Her nose was crooked to the left on frontal view, it had a large dorsal hump with a slightly droopy tip. These results shown are 23 months after her rhinoplasty surgery showing a beautiful profile that is straight on frontal view. Her nostrils were also asymmetric before and now they are symmetric. I utilized an extracorporeal septoplasty which is an advanced maneuver to straighten the septum and the nose. An added benefit: she is able to breathe better too!
