Patient 1
Patient 2
This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient came to see me after having a rhinoplasty elsewhere. She was left with a large nose, breathing problems, asymmetric and a droopy columella and increased nostril show. She wanted something more feminine and refined nose. Her case was very complex. After surgery her nose is more symmetric on the frontal view, she has a straight profile and a lift of the tip. The disharmony between her nostrils and columella is improved as well.
Patient 3
This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient came to see me after having a rhinoplasty elsewhere. She was left with breathing problems and an asymmetric nose with wide nostrils on frontal view, as well as a droopy columella and increased nostril show. She wanted something more feminine and lifted as well as thinner and straighter on frontal view. These results are shown 18 months following surgery where her nose is more symmetric on frontal view, she has a slight curve to her nose, and a lift of the tip. The dysharmony between her nostrils and columella is improved as well.
Patient 4
This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient came to see me after having a rhinoplasty elsewhere. He was left with a large nose, breathing problems, asymmetric and wide nostrils, as well as a droopy columella and increased nostril show. He wanted something more masculine and refined. After surgery his nose is more symmetric on the frontal view, he has a straight profile and a lift of the tip. The disharmony between his nostrils and columella is improved as well.
Patient 5
This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient came in to see me after having rhinoplasty elsewhere. She was concerned with the fact that her nose was droopy, crooked, and bulbous. After open revision rhinoplasty the tip is lifted, smaller, straight and more defined. Here she is 1 year after surgery.
Patient 6
This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient came to see me because she had an inverted-V deformity on frontal view, as well as too much of the bridge was removed by her previous surgeon. She wanted a softer tip and volume added to her nose. Following surgery, using ear cartilage grafting, the bridge is built up slightly and the frontal view is more refined with the inverted-V treated adequately.
Patient 7
This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient came in to see me because she had over-resection of her bridge as well as droopy columella, severely asymmetric nostrils, and a bulbous tip. After surgery, her tip is more refined, the nostrils are more symmetric, and her bridge was built up.
Patient 8
This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient had a rhinoplasty elsewhere which left her with severe asymmetries, especially on frontal view with asymmetric nostrils and a large nose on profile view without much tip definition. She had a nasal implant placed and following revision rhinoplasty surgery, this was removed. Her nose is narrow on frontal view and the tip is projected and more refined.
Patient 9
This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient had a previous rhinoplasty which left him with an over-rotated nose and increased nostril show. On frontal view, he had an external deviation towards the left side. On base view, he had asymmetric nostrils with the nose leaning towards the right side. After revision rhinoplasty surgery, his nose was counter-rotated, the nostril show is decreased, and his nostrils were made more symmetric on base view. On frontal view, his nose is more straight.
